You will receive an e-mail when your order is picked and ready for pickup. If we have any questions or product availability issues, we will call the number you have provided. If a product is not available, we will process a refund for the amount you are owed. Please note that refunds may take a few days to process in-house and you then would see your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Products not picked up within 14 days will be restocked with a 15% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations / Switching Store Locations:
Orders cannot be moved or transferred to another store location once they are placed for a specific store location. Please always ensure you are making your purchase from the correct store before proceeding. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Products will need to be returned in-store for credit per the return policy. See the return policy above. Products not picked up within 14 days will be restocked with a 15% restocking fee. Products that are not returned in-store are subject to the 15% restocking fee.
Astro Loyalty Program:
We will work diligently to apply your purchases to your Astro Loyalty Frequent Buyer Program based on the information you have provided which will aid us in finding your account. Please monitor your Astro Loyalty Account with the app should there be a discrepancy or error that arises. You cannot redeem your earned free item via this ecommerce platform and must come in to the store for redemption. We are unable to apply Astro Offers outside of the Frequent Buyer Program via this ecommerce platform. For any Astro Offer sales, discounts, or promotions you must visit the store.
